Story Shakers – Pre School
June 12 – 16
June 18th performance
High energy and fun! This week we reinvent existing tales and create entirely new ones. Storytelling basics, Creative Movement and Improv games facilitate the creation and performance of original stories and characters . In addition to fun, this camp stresses collaboration and flexibility. Takes place at ColdTowne Conservatory, 6929 Airport Blvd., suite 131
Leaping Legends – Pre School
June 19 – 23
June 25th performance
Improv games and Creative Drama for kids with a story to tell. This very movement based camp invites kids to take ownership of stories and expand them as far as they can. Collaborative, hilarious and fun. Takes place at ColdTowne Theater, 4803 Airport Blvd.
Improvised Villains – Pre School
July 17 – 21
July 23rd performance
In real life, we follow the rules and lend a hand. But this is comedy! This week we create characters and explore comedy inspired by the bad guys. What does the Big Bad Wolf buy his mother for her birthday? How does an apprentice villain create a signature phrase? It’s all in good fun and heroes are welcome to appear. Just a note, even though we’ll be creating villains, the week is primarily about the usual Improv lessons – listening, respecting fellow players and having fun! Real villains need not apply. Takes place at ColdTowne Conservatory, 6929 Airport Blvd., suite 131
