For comedians ages 8 to 11. All camps run Monday – Friday and include an optional public performance at 5 the following Sunday. All camps take place at ColdTowne Theater, 4803 Airport Blvd.

Half Day Option

10 am to 1 pm. Our Half Day Camp is high energy and structured to engage students in the creative process, while allowing time to explore and play within the experience.

Full Day Option

9 am to 4 pm. The Full Day Camp option includes the thematic structure of the week’s focus plus the opportunity to collaborate with other campers and staff on original projects. The first hour of the day is a time to connect with friends, check in on projects and settle into the space. When the week’s focus work ends at 1, we eat lunch and the then turn our attention to creations suitable for the group, expanding on focus projects or just having a good time with friends under the guidance of our staff. It’s ok to add full day later – just let us know and we can make it happen.

Improv for a Funnier Summer

June 4 – 8. Performance June 10 at 5 pm.

Improv for a Funnier Summer
Register for Improv for a Funnier Summer
Summer is awesome, but lets face it, there can be a lot of downtime. Why not learn to make those car trips and hang outs as hilarious as possible? This week, we embrace the basics of improv: listening, saying yes, developing a flexible mindset and finding the funny wherever we go. From there, we dive into short form improv games that are just as great on stage as they are on the playground or on an airplane. Storytelling exercises shape extended recaps into fun anecdotes and we work not just on improvising, but on effectively leading improv games with flexibility and good humor. Ages 8 to 11.
